Starry Eyes

Starry Eyes begs the question, what are you willing to do to be largely successful?

To give you fair warning, the film starts out pretty slowly while they build the characters and develop the desperation. The story line does not seem completely original to me. It was like a blend of "Contracted" and "The Conspiracy" but it proves it is unique once the brutality begins about three-quarters of the way through.

Honestly, I haven't had to turn away from a film in a while... but this had a few scenes that were just rough. Alex Essoe was great. She was able to start of soft and transform into a monster.

And the ending is pretty gratifying.

Overall Ratings--

Scare Factor: Not so scary but once again, plenty of uncomfortable scenes and subject matter... Rating: ❤❤❤
